REDBEAM INC. Asset Tracking Standard Edition Full Version for PC - The standard version of the software is the complete fixed asset database with the ability to use cabled barcode scanners attached to PC workstations. Keep asset records up to date and periodically take a physical inventory of assets. Data fields include barcode ID, location, department, maintenance, purchasing, warranty, lease, deprecation, information technology and 15 other user definable fields. Barcode - Barcode your fixed assets like computers, printers and furniture. All software RedBeam software packages come with a pack of blank barcode labels that can be printed on your standard laser printer. Scan - Print a report of barcoded count sheets that allow you to take a periodic inventory of you fixed assets. Go from location to location and mark the count sheets with each asset found. Track - Using a cabled CCD barcode scanner, scan the data (or manually enter data) from the count sheets to update the location of your fixed assets and report on found and unfound items.
