IBM 00N7991 DAT Tape Drive - This DDS/4 4mm internal tape drive from IBM provides up to 20GB native capacity and up to 40GB with hardware data compression (actual storage capacity will vary based on many factors and may actually be smaller than 40GB). Fast 2.75 MB/s native transfer rate with efficient hardware data compression ensure brilliant performance. The tape path is sealed to provide improved immunity to dust. You can use your older backups tapes with this drive, as it is downward read/write compatible to 4/10GB DDS/2 and 12/24GB DDS/3 tape drives. The black bezel allows to match your Netfinity or IntelliStation.
